At Auction  -  3 Grain Facilities plus Handling/Bagging Equipment

AUCTION TERMS:  Properties will be offered as 3 separate parcels.  Then the 2 parcels in Burlington will be offered together with the highest total bid prevailing. 

Properties to be sold subject to a minimum total bid of $1,185,000.00.  High bidder(s) shall enter into a standard Colorado Real Estate Commission approved contract (with financing conditions omitted).  An earnest money deposit of 10% of the contract price shall be required for each contract.  Closing will be scheduled for no later than June 27, 2008.  Broker participation will be 1.5% with registration of buyer prior to auction day.
